This page is dedicated to providing some information that can help you save a life, it might even be yours.  There are very simple steps that you can take to assist medical personnel to help you, a loved one, a friend, or neighbor. 

Sav-A-Life 1.  Medical Card.  This is a biggie and is very important to emergency medical and Emergency Room (ER) personnel.  The medical card we have here are actually a couple of sheets of paper that provide a concise medical history of your condition.  A patients medical history is very important to the delivery of rapid treatment of the patients current condition.  This information is critical when the patient is unconscious, unresponsive, unable to communicate, or has other condition that makes it difficult to get a reasonable history from the patient.  Fill it in and keep it handy.  I you or they need to call 911 or go for medical attention give it or a copy to responding medical personnel.  Click here for the Medical Card
